LOST - and I'm not even talking about the show.
Last Saturday, I went to the mall to shop for a Mother's Day gift.
I dropped my prints at Blacks while I walked around.
Suddenly, I felt dizzy and ran out at the nearst exit. I saw Sears and I ran out of their department into the parking lot. I walk for 10 mins to the other side until I felt a little better to go in again. I realized that I was missing my purse when I looked underneath my arm. It somehow fell while I was running out of the mall.
OF course, by then I'm panicking, frantic and on the verge of tears. I retraced all my steps and walk to the Lost & Found and left the details. It's funny how I still had my keys but no bag.
This my first time ever carrying / using a purse and this is probably why I never used to.

After walking in the mall and about to have a major breakdown, I decided to just go home before I actually do have a meltdown.
I walked back to Blacks and explained to about my purse missing. I asked if I could take some of the pictures because they were for a present and I'll come back to pay for it. He was nice enough (Bidesh) to give them to me.

Went home devastated but calm. There's a lesson to all this.
I just don't know it yet.
One good thing did come out of this. Just before I went to the mall, I got the refund for the Land Transfer Tax for $1600. I took the check out and left it in the car. PHEW!

Maybe the lesson is:

-I own my things and not the other way around
or
-I should control my anxiety instead of the other way around
or
-Don't bring a purse unless I'm using it to sneak some leftover buffet food
